Session 4 is all about attacking in Combinations!

We will put all the basics into play and learn how to overwhelm the opponent with unrelenting barrage of kick and punches.

Get your stamina ready for this high-energy session!

Preparations

• A practice space
  (a 2m clearing in all directions at least)
• A chair 
  (preferably with a backrest)
• Comfortable exercise attire
  (footwear not required)
• A towel 
  ​(to wipe yourself or the floor if it gets slippery)
• A partner (or more), if you can
